NCAA Tournament Cardio

If anyone needs me for the next month I will be on whatever cardio machine has the best view of the basketball games. The best month of the year!
For endurance workouts bump up the intensity while the games going and only take breaks during timeouts when the players get their break.
For shorter intervals pick which team your going to be and when they’re on defense pick up the intensity when they’re on offense back it off, or visa versa.
