Motion Minute Video Series

The first four entries into a video series on the basics of motion offense using FastDraw as an educational tool. 

There are an abundance of motion offense principles one must digest to teach the concepts effectively. The objective of the Motion Minute playlist is to create a video library to help coaches with motion offense terminology and concepts.

Each video is a vignette on a single motion offense topic. As the playlist grows so too will the library of motion offense information available to coaches.
